Overview:

Horwath HTL was commissioned to carry out a budget analysis and a 10 year performance review of an Upper Upscale business hotel in Delhi. Our client was desirous of conducting a strategic and operational evaluation of the asset as an investment option.

Solution:

Horwath HTL conducted market reviews and in depth competitive demand-supply assessments of the hotel. The hotel’s room, service apartment, F&B and banquet performance was reviewed with respect to planned budgets and competitive performances. Horwath HTL was also required to conducts a detailed review of costs and expenses over the 10 year period.
