Overview:
The Hyderabad International Convention Centre and hotel was the first convention center in India developed under the Public Private Partnership model. Horwath HTL India was commissioned by Andhra Pradesh Industrial Investment Corporation to conduct the feasibility study for the International Convention Centre and Hotel
Solution:
Horwath HTL conducted a site assessment and advised on site selection for the project. We also conducted a Feasibility Study for the INR300 Cr (USD 40 mn) International Convention Centre and Hotel.
Implementation / Status:
The 6,480 sqm Hyderabad International Convention Centre began operations in 2006 and is India’s largest Convention Centre facility. The 288-room Upscale Hotel too has been operational since 2006 and is being managed by a leading global hotel management company.
