Horwath HTL India has been appointed as internal auditors for 4 iconic properties belonging to a leading domestic hotel group. These 4 properties generate about USD 110 mn in annual revenues.

Solution:

Horwath HTL has been contracted to conduct annual operational audits comprising risk assessments in line with the group’s standard operating policies and procedures. Horwath HTL has been appointed based on its extensive understanding of domestic best practices to ensure operational efficiency and compliance, while ensuring the hotels operate in line with the brand standards.

Implementation / Current Status:

Internal Audit reports are submitted after every audit that include identifying operational and reputational risks, quantifying their impact and presenting recommendations to mitigate these risks.
